RPC Training

Overview

Thank you for attending the RPC training. In order to make sure the training is targeted and pitched at the right level, we would really appreciate your feedback. The evaluation is designed to capture your thoughts on your experience of the training programme and what you have learnt from the training.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training when you are working with families, or supporting staff who are, we will carry out additional evaluation in 3 – 6 months’ time. This will focus on how your behaviour has changed, i.e. what you do differently as a result of attending the RPC training where conflict is present, and also to identify any results / outcomes with parents and children as a result of using the tools and resources within the GM Relationship Toolkit.
