We are trying to capture more information about the type of digital enquiries and support requests we are getting face to face, with a view to looking at better ways of managing the queries. 

Currently the libraries offer support adhoc and via one-to-one sessions, but we think there might be some benefit to hosting larger sessions and it would be good to get your thoughts about it.
