We are gathering feedback from you about your experience referring children and parent carers to the Can Do programme, which supports children with speech, language and communication delay.

Your feedback is really important. It will help us:

• understand how well the referral process is working
• make the pathway clearer for families who would benefit from early help
• understand how well the programme is working
