Children's Community Mental Health Support Parent Carer Survey
Overview
Trafford Council is developing two new community-based services to support children and young people’s emotional health and wellbeing. These services are designed to help:
-
Children aged 5–13 who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional difficulties.
-
Children and young people aged 5–18 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who are also experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
We want to hear from parents and carers! Trafford Commissioners are seeking feedback from parents and carers of Trafford children to understand your experiences and what you would want and need to see in a service.
Why your views matter
Your feedback matters. By sharing your experiences and ideas, you can help Trafford Council understand what families need and what works best for children and young people.
This information will be used to help shape the new service design and how decisions are made on who will deliver it. Taking part gives you the chance to make sure the services reflect what is important to you and your child, so they are helpful, accessible, and more effective for the families who need them.
