Early Help Commissioned Services and Support for CYP with Additional Needs

The aim of this survey is to gather feedback from as many families and partners as possible with respect to our early help offer and our offer for children and young people with additional needs in Trafford.

Our early help offer is designed to help people at the earliest opportunity when issues arise, to enable them to feel empowered and able to make a change. We commission a variety of services from the external market to deliver these vital services, which in the main are not open to children and families who are being supported by social care. Our services which support children and young people with additional needs aim to provide help in a number of ways such as by offering short breaks. These services are also commissioned from the external market.
