Power2 Advance Mentoring

Overview

Power2 Advance is a one-to-one mentoring support for care-experienced people aged 16-25years . It is available to young people who are open to Trafford Councils After Care team, and if a young person has left care from another Local Authority and is living in Trafford.

Power2 Advance Trafford deliver the following outcomes:                              

• Support to improve mental and physical health and emotional wellbeing.
• Support to (re)engage with education, employment, or training (EET).
• Support to live independently

Trafford Council are seeking feedback to understand peoples experience and knowledge of the service.
