Trafford SEND survey 2024
Overview
Trafford Commissioning are in the process of developing a commissioning strategy for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities aged 0 - 25 in Trafford.
The voices of children and young people are paramount to the work we do and we welcome them to complete this short questionnaire to offer their feedback and views to shape services in Trafford moving forward.
For those children and young people unable to complete themselves we welcome parents / carers to support on their behalf.
As part of this survey you will be asked which neighbourhood you live in, if you are unsure how Trafford Council identifies its four neighbourhoods please see below.

- Our Trafford Thrive - Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Padlet has been developed due to the increased need in support for our mental health and wellbeing and provides improved access to support information for our children and young people.
- The Trafford Family Help Padlet offers a range of detailed advice and information around a range of issues such as gambling, parental conflicts, and sleep.
- The SEND Padlet has been developed to offer information and advice on a range of SEND needs.
- The Trafford Start for Life Padlet includes information and advice to support expecting and new parents through a range of topics.
