Draft Trafford Local Plan - April 2025

The Local Plan has been split into sections for each policy area, and these can be accessed via the contents page below.  

Sections have also been included for the Integrated Assessment (IA), Climate Change Risk Assessment, IA Scoping Report, Habitats Regulation Assessment and Site Selection Methodology. Specific consultation questions are available for each document.  

Please note that there is no requirement or expectation for you to comment on all of the policies or documents that are part of the consultation. You only need to comment on the policies of the draft Local Plan and/or other elements of the consultation that you are interested in. Similarly, there is no need to respond ‘no comment’ to any questions, policies or elements of the consultation that you have no comments on or are not interested in.

Please note: We cannot accept anonymous responses. The questions in the 'Personal details' section are compulsory and must be completed in order to submit your response. Consultation responses when made public will include your name (and organisation where relevant) but no other personal information will be published.
