Flixton Neighbourhood Area and Forum

Overview

Trafford Council has received an application from a residents group known as ''My Flixton Neighbourhood Planning Group'' for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area and the designation of a Neighbourhood Forum for Flixton. In accordance with Regulations 6 and 9 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Trafford Council invites you to make comments on the proposed boundary and constitution sought in the application.

If designated, this boundary would represent the geographical extent of any Neighbourhood Development Plan or Neighbourhood Development Order which may be produced for Flixton. Similarly, should the neighbourhood forum be designated for the area, another cannot be designated until the existing expires or is withdrawn.

Comments are invited from Friday 20th December 2019 until 5.00pm on Friday 31st January 2020 when the consultation will close.

Trafford Council maintains a database of consultees who wish to be kept informed about strategic planning matters such as the Local Plan.  In responding to this consultation your contact details will automatically be added to the consultation database (if not already held).  If you do not want to be on the consultation database and therefore not be contacted about future strategic planning consultations please state this in your response.
