Future Stretford Questionnaire

Closed 31 Jan 2024

Opened 10 Jan 2024

Overview

Trafford Council and Arup are currently undertaking a study into the future of Stretford and surrounding neighbourhoods, to future-proof the area as a viable, sustainable, dynamic ‘place’ that meets the current and future needs of residents and businesses.

Building upon the previous consultations and significant investment into Stretford Town Centre, this study looks further afield to reach the wider residential area. As can be seen on the plan below, the study area includes: Stretford, Gorse Hill, Longford, Lostock, Humphrey Park, Stretford Meadows and Turn Moss.

This survey seeks your views on what a future Stretford should look like. It should take 10 minutes to complete.

Why your views matter

The survey is aimed at people living, learning and / or working within the study area to ensure a holistic view of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is captured. This will also assist with any prioritisation of future schemes.

We’d be grateful if you can complete the following survey to help us get a full understanding of your experiences.

What happens next

All of the information that is collected will be analysed and used to inform the second part of the work – identifying options to meet the needs and address the SWOTs of the study area in the future.
