Planning Application Validation Checklist
Overview
National Planning Practice Guidance advises that Local Planning Authorities may request supporting information to accompany a planning application. These requirements should be specified on a formally adopted “local list” which has been published on its website less than two years before the application is submitted.
The Council is consulting on the latest draft Validation Checklist which would update the current list adopted in July 2023.
This draft Validation Checklist has been updated to reflect the requirements of the recently adopted Trafford Design Code (September 2024) and Places for Everyone (March 2024).
