Overview

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather research from those that are pregnant, new parents and experienced parents about their experiences with NHS Healthy Start, we hope to hear about how people have experienced the process of obtaining vouchers, navigating the system and the amount that is allocated etc.  This information will be used to inform Trafford Council’s response to National government on this issue.
