Civic Quarter Area Action Plan - Viability Assessment

Overview

Trafford Council held a live event regarding the methodology of the viability assessment for the Civic Quarter Area Action Plan. Following the event, we welcome any feedback or comments on the methodology via the online survey below or to the following email address civicquarterplan@trafford.gov.uk. Please provide your name, address and if applicable the name of  your company or organisation.

Data Protection We will treat your data in accordance with our Privacy Notices. Information will be used by Trafford Council solely in relation to the Civic Quarter Area Action Plan.

Please note all comments will be held by the Council and will be available to view publicly. Comments cannot be treated as confidential. Your personal information such as your postal and e-mail address will not be published, but your name and organisation (if relevant) will.

Trafford Council maintains a database of consultees who wish to be kept informed about strategic planning matters such as the Local Plan and AAPs. In responding to this consultation your contact details will automatically be added to the consultation database (if not already held). However, the Council will not automatically notify you of future consultations unless you ‘opt-in’ using question 5 of the consultation.

The comment will be gathered and reviewed by the planning department and will be used to develop the Area Action Plan for the Civic Quarter.
