Overview

The Liquidlogic Service Desk is looking to improve the service we give to our customers, who use Adults and Children's Information Systems.

Over 1,400 internal and external staff members use Liquidlogic and its associate systems. We receive approximately 1,300 FreshService queries per month.

We are committed to working with our users, so that we can develop our service standards.

The survey will take between 1-3 minutes and we hope that you will be as honest as possible, so that you can help to shape the future of our assistance to you.
