Overview

Trafford Council are keen to engage with stakeholders in the development of an allotment strategy.

A Trafford Allotment Strategy will provide the Borough with a clear plan, supported by stakeholders, that enables a sustainably funded service, meets statutory obligations and supports the Council’s wider priorities. Trafford Council will do this by creating a clear and focused vision, strategic objectives, and deliverable actions.

Why your views matter

It's important that Trafford residents and allotment users contribute to this engagement. Involving you in the strategy’s development is essential to ensure it is fit for purpose and addresses the needs of stakeholders. This is your opportunity to share your insight and views that will shape the future of Trafford’s' allotment provision.

There will be a further opportunity to share your thoughts on allotments in person at a series of listening events listed below. These will be run by members of Trafford Council. We will ask questions and gather feedback on some key areas relating to allotments.
